Bill in service was horrible took me like 2 hours just to drop off my car he never updated me I couldn’t get in contact with him always said he was busy and I had to go myself to see if car was ready because he never called me and when I showed up turn out it was not a good experience.

The work took 4 days for which I had to pay for a loaner
The tire was priced at approx $475 and yet your tire center lists it for $216
I’ve been a customer since 1992 and things have changed dramatically in the last few years
