He did a great job trying to work with me on servicing the vehicle. The only thing I didn’t like was the up-selling on some of the services. I know it’s the dealer culture and how they make most of their money but the up-selling process doesn’t really create a bond of trust, especially when one knows about vehicles and has an idea how much parts cost. Also, the porter who washed my vehicle doesn’t seem that happy at his job or just doesn’t care. He left both my side mirrors folded out. Both the seat heaters on high and a drink that was not mine was left in the cup holder. Dennis however was very good in communication and attentiveness with my vehicle. He showed professionalism and carried himself very well. It’s clear he’s customer satisfaction oriented and likes to do things by the book.
