Anthony has always been very pleasant to work with. If I have any concerns, he'll address it right away. I feel that at Lexus Escondido has better service than Lexus at Kearny Mesa. That's why I'm willing to drive up although I live closer to another Lexus dealership.

I'll have to trust that everything is in order with the recall. I was not pleased with Dennis' customer service at all. I felt as though I was being interrogated as to exactly when my last service was done. He almost made me questioning while he checked the computer. I asked him to help me with starting my car remotely, but he said he couldn't. He didn't know how, but if it were a Honda, he could. That was quite unprofessional in my opinion. Dennis needs more customer relations training;however, Jose made my experience there much better. He was very professional in his dealings with and worked patiently to show me how use my key to start my car remotely.
