Not greeted by anyone either at drop off or pick up. Stood for several minutes with no acknowledgement. Asked if my car had been taken through the car wash and was told yes, only to find out it was not. Sorry, but I expect better from Lexus.

Horrible car wash. Car was not clean on the exterior. Service advisor was very rude. This is our 2nd time there and 2nd time unhappy with service. The first time our rear taillight was damaged while our car was in service and manager was not helpful and accused me of lying. Very horrible experience.
