I scheduled an appointment for Monday for my 2nd key online. I got a call that it would arrive Tuesday, so I rescheduled online to Friday. Apparently, the reschedule didn't go through even though I got a text confirming the appointment. I instead had to do a drive in and waited 2 hours just for a key reprogramming. Ridiculous
