I’ve always had excellent service with Lexus. We have had three different Lexus. I received a text that my mirror was fixed but recommended taking apart ( with no new parts). I just wanted to know what that entailed. I called the service department and they said everyone was gone for lunch. So she said she sent out a high priority text & I would hear back very soon. I did not hear from anyone. So I just answered text with ‘yes’ to proceed & take apart. It would have been nice to have someone call and explain how & why or if it was really needed since no new parts were needed. I have never had this happen before. Maybe it is the answering service not relaying the message. I’m not sure. But I’m happy I have my car back. Thank you, Milli Veysey
