I was charged more than quoted at the beginning of my visit with no explanation as to why it was more. The service person was rude and made me feel embarrassed. Checked me out in the lobby in front of a lot of a large group of people instead of the service area. He also took my car back when I first got there without taking pictures of my car in front of me. Awful experience

When I drove up for my service appointment, there were porters there that had helped me. I had a few questions and was supposed to meet Kat for some tech questions to be answered and also I wanted to meet with Michelle in Finance. The person that spoke up was Fernando Herrera , he gave excellent customer service to me and made sure I saw everyone that I wanted to see and made sure all my questions were answered., he went above and beyond. Very unpleasant experience with the service advisor, waited 2 hours and a half for a simple oil change service, the service advisor never contacted me after the car was done and did lied about the car being barely ready for 5 minutes when I was outside if his office for at least 15 minutes, very unprofessional and bad attitude a d customer service
