I mean it was just an oil change and a complimentary multi point check so I can’t really tell about being satisfied, however I do think that it took too long for my service as my appointment was for 11:45am and I didn’t get my car back until after 1:00pm

It makes no sense to me to make an appointment to service the car and make me wait 20 minutes in the car before having the service person talk to me.
Then wait 2:25 minutes for my oil change and telling me that I should have a wheel alignment which I did a month ago when I replaced my tires...
