I was waiting in the lobby for my vehicle over two hours when I walked to the front to ask for an update I noticed by car had been sitting in the front. It was running with the keys inside and I had gotten no notification that it was done. Also my usb cable for Apple CarPlay was completely broken by your service department and I had to purchase a new Apple cable it was an unnecessary expense on top of my car being left on and unattended.

I have had Bryan as a service rep several times and he is always outstanding in customer service.
My only complaint, and it’s not with him, is that you no longer have a loaner available for customers. My experience with other dealerships in the past has always provided a loaner even for my regular service.
