I recently took my vehicle in for a 90k mile service, plus a detail. Shortly thereafter I received a coupon in my email for 15% off a service. I reached out to see if I could apply that to what I had JUST done, and I was told to hang onto my coupon for next time?! A year from now when I just need a simple service? Unacceptable that this couldn't be applied to what I just came in for.
