We paid for a prepaid maintenance up to 55,000 thousand miles and twice I’ve gone back they said it only covers tire rotation which I think is ridiculous. We’ve taken it to Pembroke Pines Lexus. They’ve covered the old train everything else we’re bringing it to you guys and it’s not covered so somethings not correct if you were disappointed buying the service from Lexus and now they’re not honoring it very disappointing.
