Service was great , thank you . I just wanted to give some feedback on my loaner vehicle. I was given a loaner and the floor mats still had the plastic on it , I understand that might be to prolong the life of the mats . I would really reconsider changing that process . My feet felt like they had oil on them and my feet were constantly slipping . It just reminded me of the whole floor mat fiasco.

Maryanne provided good customer service. A consummate LEXUS representative. The one thing I was unsure of though, 0were the mechanics able to figure out why the 'warning symbol' ?? was still showing as I drove off, after completion of 5k service, which I mentionedto be checked...there was no communication regarding this issue...if you can have them contact me for further clarification, greatly appreciated!

My service advisor was nice and friendly. Service was fast. When they pulled my car and I was about to get in, I noticed the they removed the rubber mat and the carpet was so dirty… like muddy all over. My carpet is tan colored so you can see it right away. The guy that pulled my car was saying that it was the car wash guys who had the dirty shoes. I understand that they have to remove it for safety reasons but they should put some kind of paper liner to protect the carpet. I’ve seen other dealers use them to avoid ruining the carpet. Also, It’s my first service appointment at Lexus, when I called and made an appointment, I asked the person I spoke to if you offer a shuttle or an Uber/Lyft.. she said no that you no longer do that. I had to ask a friend to pick me up at the dealer after I dropped my car off. My service advisory Tony was very kind enough to inform me that you do offer Lyft. I do not like complaining but I hope this will help educate and improve the quality of service.
