My experience with Seneca was great 10/10 she has been trying to get my car back to me w/o any issues and unfortunately the rest of her team is not backing her up with making sure their customer is satisfied. I have been at Lexus so many times for issues with my new car it ridiculous, about 4 times for the rear dome light, now for them damaging my driver side door and now car need minor auto body work!! I just think everyone who work on the vehicles need to really pay attention to detail!! They left the car with wax swirls and the roof of my car full of black greasy marks from fixing the dome light. Seneca really tried her best to getting us back into our car but again it’s unfortunate that the others didn’t.
