Dogshit… The person that coordinated my service today did not know anything about my service agreement and was very rude during the whole process. I prepaid $2000 for a service agreement in 2019, and I asked him if this was my last visit, and he confirmed yes it is. I then asked “what did the service entail that I paid for?” And he responded “I don’t know what you paid for” trying to get me to leave and very combative. For service personnel, this is unacceptable and would never happen at my company. I will never be back to this location again.
