My SUV was newly washed 5days before the last service so I rejected the car wash, but I found out my car was full of dust especially the windshield & windows..I also waited more than 4 hours to fix the spare” light on “ & off The CS set up the appt . the service which was in the morning the busiest time . The same length of time whenever I brought it in for the maintenance service. Not really happy at all.

Wondering how you could state that all tire pressures were set and adjusted. The front driver side tire was much higher than all the tires. I expected you to identify this and adjust it lower. Makes me wonder what else was stated as fixed or adjusted but was not. I don’t feel confident with this service.
