Chris Santos, was very professional and helpful in meeting the needs of the service for my vehicle. He explained the inspection report and recommended what needs to be serviced immediately and/or if it can be done on the next service call. The time promised for the wait was met as a waiter customer. Mr. Santos is always pleasant and polite. Never has had any problems or issues thus far with him. A great service advisor.
