Overall the service experience with Mark was very satisfactory however, after a day of bringing the car home I noticed a straight dent line on the driver side of the hood as well as hood not staying open to check under the hood.
I know that I have not gone anywhere else with the car after coming home from the shop and had the hood opened with no problems a few days before the service was performed.
