The agents should provide timely updates on the status of the car service.
I gave my car at 8:30 in the morning for 50k service. I did not receive any updates till 4:30 in the evening. After multiple calls to enquire the status I was finally informed at 4:50pm that the car won’t be ready today. I was told that there were additional services - which would cost me extra - needed on the car, so - without informing me of the additional work - they decided that the car will be returned the next day. The car was returned to me when I refused the additional services.

I told Sophia when I checked in for maintenance that because my battery died right after the last service it was supposed to be a complimentary maintenance this time but when I went to pick up my vehicle, it wasn’t taken of. So the cashier had to talk to management which thankfully took care of it. Also, my leather is wearing on the front passenger seat but my claim with glassworks was denied and apparently it’s not under warranty anymore. This wasn’t was explained to me when I purchased glassworks. Not I feel like I got scammed with that additional warranty
