Sennen Chow was awesome as was the young lady who helped valet my car when I was leaving this morning. Other than that I was less than satisfied with this visit from Lexus and felt it did not meet up with the high standards I know your company has for itself. When I went to check my vehicle in I was not greeted very friendly other than told to pull up and ask what time I membership was and to wait then when I tried to call to verify some information in the afternoon by continually was put on hold without anyone answering the phone. When I finally did reach someone they told me that they were sure everything was okay with my car and it was done but did not answer the question I had for them.

My service adviser Edward was great he has a wonderful customer service ethic so very much appreciate it . I drove my mothers vehicle and as a auto mechanic shop owner I wanted to see how the dealers are doing I left $20 dollars in the middle consul when I got inside to vehicle the $20 dollars were missing , talk to my service adviser about it I was and still update this kind of thing happen I can only imagine how many people get taken my money or personal items with out reporting it ! Super disappointed!! I!!
