I have many comments and suggestions for actually delivering an exceptional customer experience. Tony was absolutely not the problem. He tried to help.
. Overall you need help, with your supply chain, systems to contact customers, ability to contact your “advisor” etc. I could go on. I love my Lexus but not sure I would say there is “autojoyment.” I waited 3 months for a windshield and then was told my only choice was an aftermarket. Really!? On a 2023? I’m just disappointed. Again, not in Tony or the service department but the entire experience.

My service visit was pleasant. Dennis was very professional and informative. My car was serviced and washed in a timely manner. The only thing I would question is why wasn’t the next service miles sticker put on the upper left side of windshield? Makes it easier to glance when service miles are do.
