Christian was the most helpful service representative ever! He communicated well with me throughout the process and really eliminated my stress about the damage I had done to my car. The repair looks great and I think it’s working well too. It’s too early to know for sure but I really appreciate the team for getting it done and back to me without any problem. I also really appreciated having the courtesy car and will be back to buy my next Lexus from Crown when I’m ready. For now I enjoy having no payment.
