One comment I’d like to make unrelated to Paige is the requirement of putting gas in the loaner vehicle. I’ve always thought that being treated well during Lexus service visits was one of your key selling points for return business. Very disappointed in CPL for implementing such a nickel & dime requirement. It’s not the small amount of money for gas but rather the inconvenience
