Needed battery changed in dead fib and not asked
Tech report link sent by text was helpful and had a list of every thing cKed on car but once I paid that link disappeared from my texts from Lexus would be nice to see this linear list of what was checked on my car car versus the unreadable run on stench all in caps on my receipt. The cost of the service is overpriced
