However, it’s the little things that make a difference and it’s these things you expect from a high end dealership…….Disappointed by the fact, the car wash was not working and by the fact that someone left my glove box completely trashed, it looked like everything had been removed and literally just shoved back in there

Amy was great. Price was not. First told work under. warrantry. Then it wasnt. Then told needed battery. I thought the labor charge to install battery was outrageous. Then little stuff like extra charge to chane fluid on back window. Also attempts to upsell were annoying.
