Staff told us over the phone and at the dealership that this inspection was complimentary based on my warranty. When I was texted the inspection documents and video, there was a $105 balance on the account. We called and was told to ignore it. We are not comfortable taking someone’s word vs a charge that’s populating so we requested for the charge to be removed and was told someone would reach back out to us. I have not been contacted yet and it’s still showing on the account. I think complimentary services should not be charged or zeroed out on our end so it doesn’t appear that there is a balance due that the client is responsible for.

Sennen Chow is the BEST service rep I have ever dealt with at any Lexus dealer I have been to. I will from now on ONLY come to Crown Lexus and ask for Sennen Chow all the time.
