The service was great. I dropped off my car around 1pm and Darryl handle everything immediately even though I was 30 minutes early. I made arrangements for the shuttle to take me to my medical appointment at 3 but Darryl thought ahead and had a loaner car waiting for me. I am so thankful that he made that happen. I thankful that he went took extra time to make sure I had everything I needed.

Check in was confusing. I was standing outside waiting for the agent that was assigned to my car. After about 10-15 minutes waiting and no one giving me any feedback or reassurance that I was not waiting in vain, I went inside to sit down still no one came around. I thought I had better go outside again. I saw some one at my car and waited to speak to him but he decided to go and assist some one who had arrived well after me. I managed to get the agents attention and told him which car was mine. He had helped me on my 5000 mile visit and I asked him about notes he had promised to include about condensation in my rear brake lights. He hadn’t made those notes. : ( I told him I would be waiting for my car. He said it would be a long wait and that I could get a loaner. I am new to this dealership so I do not know the procedure for getting a loaner he just handed me the paper work and did not direct me to where I would go to get a loaner. I waited nearly three hours and some of the inspection points were not taken care of. I hope I get better service for my 10,000 mile service.

The service technicians didn’t balance the tires air pressure after putting one new tire on so the air pressure was lol sided. However, Vahaggan went above and beyond to ensure he personally fixed it.
