Anthony was absolutely terrific! However, I'm very unhappy about the loaner car. I had no idea how to use the climate control and consequently was not comfortable with it either being to cold in the morning and too warm in the afternoon. Also, ended up having to put over $21 of gas in the thing. Absolutely ridiculous!

This was my first experience with Lexus Escondido and I have to be honest, I was quite surprised by the lack of technology used during the check in process. When I arrived my name was written down on a piece of paper. At the Toyota dealership everything is done using an iPad. Also I waited for 15 minutes before I actually spoke with someone about my car and I had an appointment.
