I understand that it is out of the Lexus of Omaha control, however it is a known issue that should be fixed. We can’t all live in a warm environment. Lexus need to fix this issue.

Wendy was awesome. Something has to be done about scheduling. We has a 10 am apt should have taken 1-1.5 hours. We did not leave until 1 pm. Car wasn’t completed until 12:30 and it took over 20 minutes after we checked out to receive our car. I’m used to much promoter service and after checking out the car is usually waiting for me. Rarely do I wait even 5 minutes. The car wash was also broken.
