Arturo is excellent service rep. However, the actual service takes several hours and I showed Arturo damage to drivers side molding that was not there when I dropped off the vehicle.

The visit this time was different from the first. Alex was kind, answered all my questions, and addressed the problems. The process to pick up the loaner car was easier. Alex maintained good communication via text and phone call. The problem of my car was solved.

There is poor communication between the service department and the parts department. They were at odds with each other regarding whether the parts I needed were available or not. This is completely unacceptable!

Thank you so much to Vince Camino for helping me every time I need service for my car. I give him 10 stars.

Not crazy about the fact that I was left with a financial guy who tried to pull the rug out from under me by changing $430/mo to just under $600 in payments, last minute with an unexpected high cost warranty. Accused us of not really ever intending to buy and wasting his time. That’s not good customer service in anybody’s world. I never heard of a warranty that comes in three parts. The first two were absolutely necessary and the third you can give or take. Felt very calculated. We almost left without the car. He said he couldn’t come down in price for the warranty,. Then he did. Couldn’t comp us dinner upstairs like I always have been. … every time I have leased or purchased a car (this makes the third time) and then he gave me a $50 coupon. I don’t appreciate that kind of treatment. This man is a stress giver. I will never use him again. And if this is your policy of how you treat people that are financing, which honestly has not been my experience the other two times I have financed,I will simply go direct to Bank of America who gave me the loan because of my good history with them. And last but not least I was told the vehicle would fit in my garage. No one said they could adjust the tailgate because when the tailgate goes up, it’s higher than the actual vehicle. I have two tiny scratches on my new vehicle that would have been covered with a full warranty that I could not afford. They’re small, but it is annoying that I wasn’t forewarned when I told them that was going to be a main issue for me. Now not only do I have to live with a vehicle that I can never open the back while I’m in the garage, but also I have to first find a place to fix the tiny two scratches on the back of the vehicle. Are you sure you really wanted to know all this?
