Mark, listened to my concerns about thefront left tire failure and took care of my needs. Mark explained the process of getting the tire replaced and provided me with an estimate of time to have my vehicle back on the road. It wasn’t going to be ready until late afternoon therefore rather than having me wait he was able to arrange for a loaner car and have me return the following day. He was sympathetic and understanding of my time, patience and needs. Thank you for all of his knowledge and support.
