Tyler, always takes the time to explain everything to me regarding my car and the services needed which helps me understand what to expect at the time of service as well as what to expect down the road. I genuinely trust his input when it comes to my vehicle; I am happy to have a service advisor I can work with who has integrity and puts the customers concerns first. I also want to give a special thanks to Vanessa Ramirez-Tabor, who is the service manager. I had a very unpleasant experience with a different service advisor in Tyler’s absence when I dropped my vehicle off for service. I was ready to take my car back home and reschedule due to the unpleasant experience with Chow. Vanessa, willingly assisted me rather than me leaving with no service. I really appreciated her patience and kindness to get the service done and turn my negative experience into a positive one! I was able to get the needed service done for my vehicle and she took the time to explain everything regarding my vehicle which I was very thankful. As the service manager she stopped whatever she was working on and came to assist me right away. Thank you so much for your commitment Vanessa!

My wife took the car in for service. She said Mike in service department did a great job. She said that while she was waiting for the service to be completed, she was sent a text by Crown Lexus telling her that she had missed her appointment. When she called number and told person who answered that she had checked in and was in waiting area and asked why she received the text, there was no answer. A little unsettling.
