I was disappointed in the way my oil change was handled. It was then complicated by my having to come back the following day to pick up the car and then no one ever called me to tell me the car was ready. I was so upset when I came back to pick up the car, still not knowing at the time if the oil change was ever completed that I somehow managed to leave my phone at the dealership and had to go back to retrieve. Two hours later I get a text asking where the key to the loaner is.
