I appreciated being fit in at the last minute but they didn’t have me sign paperwork at the beginning but marked car damage I hadn’t been aware of then asked me to sign about it after the service had been completed. Then once I paid it took another 20 minutes to get my car- one guy asked what I was waiting for and went to check but didn’t come back to let me know status… I also didn’t realize they don’t vacuum at all. Someone else was having trouble with service overcharging him so that was also a red flag as I watched it take so long for him to get help. Overall not great.
