Many thanks to Gerardo for his help with my vehicle. I am in Omaha for my father's funeral, and I had two unexpected events with my car. I initially worked with Morgan about my damaged tire, and she was very helpful. Gerardo took over for the alignment and the second surprise event regarding a cylinder coil. I very much appreciated his maintenance expertise, but more importantly, it was his compassion and understanding during this difficult time that he offered. He also ensured the small scuff I had on my glove compartment was taken care of quickly. Please know that I felt genuinely cared for in addition to my care being taken care of. I think that is the measure of outsanding customer service. Bless you all for caring so much about a customer.

This comment was not for my servicer Travis. It’s the guys in the back…. I literally came for an oil change- Front light bulb out and rotation. $333 was estimated walked paying close to $1000. What I know is some of the stuff was questionable. For example you can show me the filters dirty but not the belt. When I did sen the belt and it looked fine to me… not worth replacing. I replaced it blindly before seeing the picture. He said my windshield wipers needed replacing. Nope just put new ones on the week before. They seen the miles and immediately thought car need this and that… they started ranking up the total unnecessarily. I really trust you guys, but the trust got broken on Saturday!

Poor service. Arrived early to my appointment, yet, had to wait inside my car for more than half hour before being seen by the service representative. Waited more than 2 hours before I saw my car parked in the parking lot. I asked the service representative if my car was completed. He replied that the technician was not able to complete the service campaign that I came in for due to the computer being "down".
