My Service Advisor, Chauncey Levy was excellent. But the scheduler, Nancy, had me coming there to fix a faulty switch used to close my rear hatch. The part wasn’t available and it would’ve been a wasted trip. Luckily my car was due for oil and a tire rotation, which Mr. Levy handled, while ordering the part for the hatch.

Came in after my sunroof combusted on the freeway. Service team told me there would be an inspection to see about coverage under warranty. The service tech lied and told me an inspection was done and it was not covered. Only when I asked for a written report did he then tell me he had lied and an inspection was not done. I then had to take my issue to Lexus corporate where they determined they would fully cover my sunroof. My service tech then informed me they were doing the repairs, I asked if the camera in my car (which I had been informed in this process had a recall) would also be repaired while with their team, he assured me it would be. When I picked up my car no service had been done to my recalled camera. Horrible experience.

First appt confirmed by email from Glenn was not entered in the system . Upon arrival the was no reservation . And of coarse Glenn was out sick . Joe stepped up and got my some car in as he was home for a few day from college so we only had limited time for service . When we received our vehicle back the trunk L emblem was missing. I informed Joe . He let me know he would have to have the security footage checked to see if it was in the vehicle before service . Kind of insulting . Chico handled the situation and provided a new emblem, which was nice but then the refused to install it. So on a Sunday(Mothers Day ) I got to spend 2 hours removing adhesive and installing the emblem, so my son could leave to go back to college. Not the best customer service experience to be honest. I’m a good customer w 2 Lexus vehicles . We service them at Lexus and I have bought thousands of dollars in parts , so I feel I’m a good customer. Would like to hear back from JM Lexus Scott A
