The work performed was fine and completed as expected. However, after returning home and reviewing the invoice, I noticed a charge of $21.00 for “miscellaneous charges and deductions for all jobs - Shop Supplies”. Seriously? I had mud flaps installed and believe any anticipated “shop supplies would have been included in the original quote. The only reason that I came to your service center today was because “body plugs” were not installed correctly when I picked up the newly purchased car last week. The manager offered a $50 discount for the inconvenience but to charge $21 for supplies on a simple mud flaps installation mitigates any good will. Frankly, if I could have reviewed the invoice in detail, instead of signing off on a credit card sized signature pad with no explanation, I would have disputed the charge before paying.

I appreciate the service provided during my recent visit. Jeffery has been great and very caring. However, I noticed that the issue with the wireless charger in my car wasn’t addressed. Currently, it initiates charging but disconnects after about a minute. Additionally, my fuel tank was empty upon pickup, despite being informed that a full tank would be provided as a complementary thank you for the service campaign. They ended up filling it for me, which I appreciate.

My Service Advisor, Chauncey Levy was excellent. But the scheduler, Nancy, had me coming there to fix a faulty switch used to close my rear hatch. The part wasn’t available and it would’ve been a wasted trip. Luckily my car was due for oil and a tire rotation, which Mr. Levy handled, while ordering the part for the hatch.

Came in after my sunroof combusted on the freeway. Service team told me there would be an inspection to see about coverage under warranty. The service tech lied and told me an inspection was done and it was not covered. Only when I asked for a written report did he then tell me he had lied and an inspection was not done. I then had to take my issue to Lexus corporate where they determined they would fully cover my sunroof. My service tech then informed me they were doing the repairs, I asked if the camera in my car (which I had been informed in this process had a recall) would also be repaired while with their team, he assured me it would be. When I picked up my car no service had been done to my recalled camera. Horrible experience.
