George was professional and kind. Everything was handled great. The Ontario team is much more professional than Longo where I usually go. The only thing that I would recommend is adding some vending machines for food while waiting. Won’t be going back to Longo.

Susan was great. I didn’t feel the same with the warranty guy, “Jason”. I felt the used car salesman from Jason. I felt like he ripped me off and gave me a cheap car kit that he grabbed from a cabinet in his office. Jason tried to hide what he had inside that cabinet. I got a flat tire two weeks after purchasing my Lexus. I came into service the next day to get my tire replaced. Service informed me that they didn’t see my $2500 Tire Warrany in the system. I had to provide my receipt to them. It made me feel real uncomfortable in front of the service representative. I think the warranty should have already been uploaded in the system.
