George has done a great job with our services. We are never happy to have to take our vehicle over 60 miles for warranty work, but Crown Lexus does an excellent job in making it right. George is patient while we show him the issues, and is very knowledgeable on how the vehicle works. We have communication every step of the way and are always given a very nice loaner car to use the entire time.

If it’s not bad enough to be surprised by charges for what I thought was free of charge, your service director Ali Baba was very very rude. I was appalled by his response to when he asked what happened and I began to explain that Jason said please pay the 167 or whatever dollars, he immediately cut me off and said “ we don’t say please, we said you have to pay.” I am so furious over that reply. I have a lease and every lease I’ve had has had the simple maintenance complimentary. So please understand when Jason and Alibaba have that attitude and lack of professionalism, one can’t help but feel like they are trying to put me together.

we made appointment at 9:00a.m. and i was told that i will be contacted once it is done. i drove to the shop at around 3PM tge i was told no messages are comming out maybe like system issues that is why i was not contactacted. also the repair that i asked i was told that that has to be ordered and it might tajrs two weeks to get it but as soon i as left i was called that the part was actually availsble. so now i have make another appoinment sone other time fir the repair.
