I’m not ready to part with my car but if the price is right and I can obtain the Loaner that I was driving I might think about it. Mr. Turner is very professional and always helpful with his customers. It’s always been a pleasure to bring my car to Lexus EL CAJON and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

The pressure of my tires was adjusted from the manufacturer-recommended 33 psi to 38 psi. The car was washed but the tires had no tire shine applied.

I reported an issue with the driver side door not unlocking. Service Team indicated to Service Agent the problem was resolved by changing the battery in the key fob...it didn't fix the problem. Service Agent asked that I make an appointment for a later date to have the problem addressed.
