Was I completely satisfied? No. Was I close to completely satisfied, say 90-95%? Yes.
I had an appointment at 11:30am, and was told it would be about the same time the next day that my car would be ready. No problem, I had a loaner car which is something I value. It was about 4:15 the next day when I was notified my car was ready. Roughly 5 hours later than estimated. It would have been nice to get an update earlier in the afternoon, to let me know things were taking longer than expected. Giving the benefit of the doubt, maybe they didn't want to interrupt my day, and would simply call once, when it was ready.
When I got in my I realized the privacy screen that covers the cargo area was haphazardly opened, and left in such a way that it partially blocked the view out the rear window. I don't know why it was even opened? Why was it allowed to (I assume) sit exposed overnight? Why wasn't it pulled back over the rear cargo space?
I recognize these are relatively minor things. I am usually 100% satisfied with the service I receive from alexus Escondido. That's why I keep coming back. Im far fronperfect, and I'd like to believe these things happened because someone had an off moment.
