Tino's customer service has been so excellent, I have been able to convince our other family members to buy Lexus vehicles and utilize the service and support services with Crown Lexus. I will preface my experience by reaffirming that the service advisor who helped me was kind, and seemingly wasn’t able to escalate the matter that drives my rating, however my experience was pretty disappointing, nonetheless. The CarPlay feature in my 2021 Lexus IS 300 stopped working properly suddenly, causing recipients on the other end of my calls to inform me that they could not hear me while speaking with them over the phone. So I brought my Lexus over to the dealership for assessment and repair, only to be charged a $220 “diagnostic” fee for what all I needed was a system update for the CarPlay to work properly again. I feel cheated and ripped off by Lexus for charging me that hefty fee to perform the necessary update to fix a core feature of the vehicle to get it to work properly. I hadn’t done anything wrong. This fee should not be charged for something like a system update that Lexus should offer to begin with. This is not okay, and left me with a very sour taste in my mouth.

I had the worst experience I have ever had a car dealership. It’s bad enough to have 3 batteries in 2 1/2 years, but then to be treated badly at JM Lexus is unacceptable. Since I have no other service options near me I have decided to get rid of the car. I plan to do a corporate complaint.
