I was given a dirty loaner inside and out, I informed the worker that the car was dirty, he came took pictures and sent it to the manager but no further action was taken to get me a clean car, I was told I would be notified when my vehicle was ready for pick up. There was sticky stuff on the steering wheel, on the steering wheel functions, on the passenger door in the cup holder on the charging station, etc. Very dissatisfied, The car had not been washed at all. When I returned to the car dealership I was asked by another gentleman how is everything, I proceeded to inform him how dissatisfied I was with the experience there at Crown Lexus in Ontario, he immediately got a manager to come out to the car. Then I informed the manager of the situation above which was which he was already made aware of when I initially reported. He addressed the situation and informed me he would rectify it next service visit. No one should have had that type of experience.
