I was told my car was ready. Upon arrival, I had to wait 30 minutes before I finally got my car. There were several other people that arrived after me that got their car. I had to tell my representative several times that I was still waiting. She didn’t care. If my car was ready, why wasn’t it waiting in the express area like it usually is? I felt unimportant. I lease a new car every 3 years for the last 9 years. Maybe I’ll look elsewhere next time my lease is up

No communication for 5 hours for a routine service appointment. I had to call 6 times and still never got to speak with my advisor. Sent my partner for my vehicle and was sent the charge link that I paid and my partner was Also charged. Called back to get his transaction reversed. No response no answer. Disappointed
