I would like to begin with the fact that I have never had a negative experienced with any of my service visits. However, I must say that by far Elda Lopez, has been the best service advisor not only because of the way she speaks and gives you a complete report of what's going on with your vehicle but because she goes one step further and really looks into the best option for her customers. Yes, I was treated like a queen by everyone I dealt with. Javier is awesome as always. The gentleman that checked me in was so helpful.
