Elsa was great! She clearly explained what was wrong with my car and let me know what to expect. The issue was with the battery and it took a few days to fix, but she quickly set me up with a rental so I wasn’t stuck. I really appreciated her good manners and how helpful she was. I’m happy with the service I got from her.
