I am not satisfied with the service because my rear driver’s side door has a fit and finish issue—it does not close cleanly or align properly. The service team was unable to resolve this, and the service manager told me it is a common problem that even he has with his Lexus. I expect better attention to fit and finish concerns from Lexus, given the brand’s reputation for quality.
