Sam Lamas was outstanding — professional, understanding, and quick to act. I came in for a coolant flush after mistakenly adding washer fluid to the reservoir. I was stressed and somewhat embarrassed. Sam didn’t just schedule me; he played down my mistake and had the car taken in immediately and kept everything calm and respectful. He made a stressful situation smooth and handled it better than I could’ve expected. He’s now my go-to service contact at JM Lexus.
