When I made the appointment the day before I was told that I may have to wait for an available Service Adviser…that wait was 45 minutes. I needed to bring the car in because there was a leak in one of my tires, so when Omar explained the timing from that point, the car was delivered back to me exactly when promised….so I was completely satisfied.

Service is great to extent, Shedrick was ok until he couldn’t sucker me into buying an expensive repair service where the water leak on ft passenger is coming from AC drain line not completely connected and another hose folded inwards and towards carpet, service manager verified when I came back to complain about service advisor trying to rush me out while claiming everything was checked and it wasn’t, shop technician lied about leak from sunroof while there’s no headliner water damage or wet map lights or wet spot to dashboard or side pillars, they did not check sunroof drain lines as I asked for that as well, shedrick was every bit of unprofessional and displayed nasty attitude when pointing the attention where needed (in professional and respectful manner to him) rest of service staff is great as always, this service advisor and shop technician unethical lies came to surprise to me.

Good afternoon,
I just received my car back for a radiator replacement and the ac is worse than it ever was before. It's absolutely unbearable. The worst part about it is, I'm still waiting for the manager from JM Lexus to contact me about the ac issue/customer recall, since my last visit which was in April. He said he couldn't get approval, then,they said they were going to look into my issue on labor pricing and they never got back to me.
What do I do at this point? I continue to go to the Lexus dealership, and continue to spend thousands of dollars in repairs and for what? For them to make the ac worse then it was, I mean, it does not go under 85 degrees now and it's excruciatingly hot here in south Florida(95 degrees outside). I just don't understand the lack of follow up and the total disregard of the issues I have. I've been very loyal to Lexus, not only do I own 2 lexuses, but I have faithfully only took it to Certified Lexus dealers in the 3 states I've lived in, for all the time, money and loyalty, to be pushed aside like this, is very disappointing.
I need to speak to a manager or someone that can help me in this matter. I've talked to Lexus custoner care, to Lexus brand engagement, and I have everything they suggested, and nothing. I think I've been more then patient. I need to speak to someone that can really help me.

Mr Jake was an excellent service consultant, he did what ever he was able to help . Lexus has excellent staff.
My complaint is all the bad reviews on 12 v bad quality . I wouldn’t expect to be stress if I don’t drive the car much or that I need to put miles on it otherwise my 12v battery dies . I have had other models ( not Lexus ) and never needed to stress or thin k if my car will turn on if or have an emergency any day and fine that I need to jump start battery.
Batteries need to be better quality. Many family members have Teslas and never needed to stress if their act will start . Lexus needs to see this issue to fine a trusting company to buy quality trusting batteries . Clients buy Lexus because they think it’s a trusting car. I am 71 yrs old and I don’t drive much and don’t put much mileage . I am terribly disappointed reading so many bad reviews on 12x battery.
I appreciate all the help and explanations Mr Jake gave me regarding these type of battery. Thank you Keyes Lexus for an honest employee MR JAKE ????????

Ali was the worst service manager i have ever had to deal with. I will be filing a claim complaint with corporate as well he was disrespectful and raised his voice to me and my sister. And when threatened to complain to corporate he said he was sorry. I wanted to purchase another Lexus car. But will not at this dealership and if asked by others I will express to them how horrible of an experience I have had. He needs to be fired.
