The tech writer Shedrick was great but when he “delivered” the car, the inside driver side was dirty as if someone stepped in the side inside and the door speaker had foot prints on the inside panel, not nice, e erroneous knows I am very particular and I don’t stand for imperfections.
I appreciate that they washed the exterior but they did a very poor job of drying it as well.. know one is perfect! But since you asked

The 4 new tires were not available the morning I bought the car in. Needed to come back for a loaner and pick my car up the following afternoon. Maybe could not be helped, no one’s fault just inconvenience me. The loaner was great, my service guy was great. Should someone know to have the tires there since it was on my last service “need tires next time”? I would have excepted the loaner the morning I dropped my car off if I knew it takes two days. Otherwise all was very good.
