This visit was good I was frustrated with the previous visit not only did I not receive a video of the inspection which I really like, I specifically said to inspect my car as it was sitting while I was on deployment , I smelled something funny, they changed my tires I said I want to change my brakes as well they said it’s food for about 20k more miles, now fast forward to this visit they found a dead rat and a desk which should have been found last visit, I brakes need changed after 5k miles and I was told 2mm of wear is normal after 5.5k miles so Lexus changes their brakes every 25k miles? I feel inconsistent quality and maybe ripped off from my last visit.
